How do our medics communicate?
Our team not only provide the medical team, we also provide the full logistics package in medical care. Communication between our control room and medical teams is extremely important.

For events with multiple team members and vehicles on site, we coordinate the medical cover in any of the following locations:

On site in a joint control room of the event organisers choice

Onsite in our purpose built command and control vehicles

From our Operational Hub based at our Killingworth Head Quarters
​
For local events our VHF radio system covers from Alnwick to Peterlee. All of our emergency ambulances and rapid response vehicles are fitted with vehicle mounted radios and handheld radios which allows our Operational Hub the ability to contact the team at any time.
​
Events which are further afield, FSNE Medical work closely with North East Radios to provide onsite repeaters which enhances our coverage.
​
Our emergency ambulances are all fitted with a Mobile Data Terminal which allows our dispatchers to send emergency calls to the crew with all the details and location they need to respond safely and effectively
Our Treatment Centres...
FSNE Medical have a wide variety of treatment centres from small Mercedes Vito's to our bigger DAF LF 7 tonne lorry.

Our mobile treatment centres allow us to be self sufficient even in the middle of a field, we can have access to running water, heating and 240v power.
​
We also have a large supply of pop-up gazebos which work fantastic to adjust the size of static first aid post or larger medical post should be need additional space.
What about Major Incidnets?
Major Incidents is always the thing that as an event organiser you never want to happen at your event. However, sadly its always a possibility.
​
However, what better than to have an event medical company onsite who will ensure that the initial response to a major incident is well managed and there is the correct and appropriate equipment onsite to deal with whatever has occurred.
Our lead paramedics recently underwent training with the North East Ambulance Service to enable us to deliver the same level of response training to our teams as delivered to the NHS.

Its imperative that at large scale and high risk events, there is a tried and tested management structure in place.

Our commanders work hand in hand with our medical dispatchers to ensure that the appropriate response to a medical emergency is carried out.
